ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a vital role in shaping and maintaining a workplace culture where employees feel supported, engaged, and empowered. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations & Compliance

Process weekly and biweekly payroll, commissions, and bonus payrolls for US-based employees.

Oversee benefits administration, including Open Enrollment, new hire enrollments, Qualifying Life Events, COBRA, and FMLA.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and compliance documentation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, needs, and HR-related inquiries.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage full-cycle recruiting: write job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and extend offers.

Facilitate a smooth pre-boarding and onboarding experience, including background checks, paperwork, and orientation programs.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Organize company events and initiatives to foster a positive, engaging work environment.

Conduct employee engagement surveys and collaborate on action plans to enhance culture and morale.

Strategic HR Initiatives

Support the Senior HR Director on high-impact HR projects, contributing to initiatives that improve processes, policies, and employee experience.

Identify areas for operational improvement and assist in developing solutions to enhance efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Previous HR experience in payroll, benefits, recruiting, or generalist responsibilities preferred.

Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

COMPANY BENEFITS:
